Instructor Frank R. Le Fevre frankl@saginawfirearms.com 218-729-0760
Frank has over 45 years of firearms experience, with special interest in handguns for self-defense and sport. During his early years Frank performed exhibition shooting (not professionally, but for the joy of it) with a rifle and later moved on to western style quick draw, practicing sometimes as much as eight hours a day, then with defense style firearms. Try shooting clay birds from a trap machine with your 45 ACP, he did and was pretty good at it. His enthusiasm for the handgun has grown and he now focuses on combat style, bullseye, target and self-defense forms of shooting. As a dedicated instructor with over 3000 hours of instruction under his belt he continues to study and participate in advanced firearm training.
Today Frank takes great pride in providing firearm instruction from basic firearm safety, the first time shooter to the advanced and self-defense minded individuals. Just imagine the thrill of helping a blind person shoot and get to watch their reactions to shooting a bullseye, consistently I might add. Age not an issue either, he just loves helping others enjoy the sport and means of self-defense.
